I know what everyone things when you do a product review. They assume that you got some free swag so you’re going to give a big “thumbs-up” review. Well, then you don’t know me very well..but you do have a point, however misguided.
I generally do product reviews of items that I like. If I’ve gotten in for free or a sample that may push me to consider it, but in reality, I’d much rather right positive reviews of products I have tested (successfully) AND like. Who wants to read a downer review?
Don’t get me wrong; there have been products I really liked that didn’t pan out and I chose not to profile them.
